Pricing
Per seat and published, in the cloud or on your own computers. Then what it does not do yet, in writing, and the questions people ask before they buy.
What it costs
Priced per seat, published
Roughly a third of what the institutional standard costs per analyst, and it models phased land development, which that standard sells you a second product for.

What it does not do yet
The gaps, in writing
You are going to find these in an evaluation. Better here.
No single sign-on
Two-factor authentication is built. Okta, Entra and SAML are not. If your security review requires an identity provider rather than an authenticator app, this is not ready for you today.
The legal documents have not been through a lawyer
Terms and privacy are written, versioned and dated, and they describe how the service actually works, including what happens to work you shared with your firm when you close your account. They cover paid plans, renewal and the desktop and self-hosted licenses. What they have not had yet is a lawyer’s review, and the pages say so. You will be told which version you agreed to.
No uptime commitment
There is no service level agreement, and no restore from backup has been rehearsed. Export the workbook for anything you cannot afford to re-key.
Questions
Asked before buying
Who can read our deals?
Your organization. In the cloud, deals are encrypted under your organization’s own key before they are stored, and the database holds ids, dates and ciphertext. On the desktop app they are kept on your computer and never sent to us; self-hosted, they stay on your server, under your key.
Can we get everything out again?
At any time. Every deal exports as an Excel workbook the server recomputes before handing it over, and as a single file holding the model, its history, actuals and photos, which another firm can import. When a plan ends, your deals stay read-only and still download.
We already own buildings. Do they fit?
Yes. Start from what you paid and what it is worth today, with the loan as it stands now, and track it from this month. Nothing is charged for buying what you already have, and the Analysis tab answers whether to sell now or hold another year.
Can you move our existing templates over?
On the ten-seats-and-up plan, migration of your existing templates is part of onboarding, with a review of the model. On the other plans you build a deal in the app, starting from the sample deals it ships with if that helps.
Is there a Mac version?
The desktop app is Windows only. On a Mac, use the app in the browser, or run the self-hosted server, which runs under Docker on Linux, a NAS or a Mac.
How do the desktop and self-hosted trials work?
Desktop: download it and use it for 14 days with nothing to sign up for; a license key unlocks the same install. Self-hosted: 14 days free for up to five people, with the setup guide in the download.
